Booking Policy

• Deposit Requirement: A $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

• Health Policy: If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, we kindly ask that you refrain from booking or attending your appointment.

Guest Policy

• For safety and focus, no additional guests, including children, are allowed during your appointment.

Late and Missed Appointments

• Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in a $25 late fee.

• If you miss your appointment, you will not be able to rebook until the following week, subject to availability.

Preparation for Lash Extensions

• Please arrive without makeup, including mascara, eyeliner, foundation, or other products.

• Kindly set your phone to Do Not Disturb (DND) mode. This ensures we can maintain focus on your service, as lashing, massages, facials, and microshading are intricate and precise processes.

Lash Extension Maintenance

• Infills are required every two weeks. Appointments beyond two weeks will incur an additional charge.

VIP and Holiday Appointments

• Services requested outside of regular business hours or on holidays will require a $50 VIP fee.

Hours of Operation

• Tuesday–Saturday: 10 AM–6 PM

• Closed: Sundays and Mondays
